Kelly is the most knowledgeable realtor we've ever met. Not only was she able to explain each offer that came through with insight into the details of the loan and financing from buyers so that we could make the most informed decision, but she was available at any time of day (pretty much on call). There were numerous setbacks, including my tenants who refused to leave, and Kelly handled every instance with grace and a calm demeanor that there is no way I could have mustered without her. Kelly just sold our parent's house in short time. She was great to work with and was in constant communication with not only the owners, but also the key support people in the family assisting with the move. She made several "house calls" out of town, as this seemed to be the best way to discuss and get agreement during the sale process, which we very much appreciated.
