It is my pleasure to write a testimonial about my experience with Kelly Walker as my seller's agent. Of all the realtors who reached out to me and who I spoke with at the start of the process, Kelly was the most persistent and responsive. I was selling an inherited home as the personal representative of the estate, and she helped me understand every step of the process and stayed in constant communication throughout. I had a lot on my plate with my busy job and trying to sell this home, and Kelly was very patient with me (and my repeat questions) and was able to work around my hectic schedule. At the time the home was listed, the housing market was on the cusp of moving from a seller's market to a buyer's market, which presented a challenge with how to price the home. Kelly provided her guidance and expertise, along with regular market research updates, so that I was fully informed in my decision making on what the listing price should be to stay competitive in the changing market. My husband and I are actively using Kelly as our buyer's agent in our search for a new property, and we will be using her when it comes time to sell our current home.

Kelly's personable, warm, and welcoming nature made us feel at ease right away. As first-time home buyers, we were searching for houses on a lower-end budget but Kelly never made us feel as if we were less important than clients at higher price points. We always felt respected, valued and appreciated. We had so much to learn as first-time home buyers and she provided us with the information we needed each step of the way. Additionally, we were moving from out-of-state and were thus unfamiliar with the local area and neighborhoods. She went above and beyond to provide us with extra information and insight to help us know which areas would be compatible with the lifestyle and amenities that were important to us. We never felt like we didn't know where to turn when we had questions or concerns about process or locale; she always provided the necessary support. The home buying process is an emotional roller coaster and, at times, felt like information overload! However, Kelly was very adept at filling the roles of anchor and guide, which is exactly what we needed to prevent us from becoming overwhelmed and keeping us grounded. Kelly was always responsive, professional, efficient, and communicative at every step of the way! Phone calls, emails or texts were always responded to in a timely manner and we knew we could reach out and contact Kelly at any time and that she would provide us with the information we needed, or connect us with the resources that had the information. Kelly advocated and negotiated on our behalf. We are so appreciative that Kelly was able to balance our very subjective (and highly emotional!) viewpoints with a grounded and objective perspective. In order to secure the first house we put an offer on, we could have easily over-extended ourselves financially and acquiesced to unreasonable demands because of the emotions that were overtaking our rational thoughts. However, Kelly skillfully provided us with facts and objective reminders to help us keep the situation in perspective and keep us anchored to our ultimate goal with the means we had to work with. Five months later, she landed us in our dream home and we couldn't be happier! We will confidently recommend Kelly to anyone we meet looking for a realtor!

Kelly was my Realtor for both finding me my new home and selling my current home. We interviewed and talked with many Real Estate agents before deciding to hire Kelly to sell our home. What stood out the most was Kelly was willing to work with us and make the entire process one that "worked for us". Never having the opportunity to sell a home before, I really did not know what to expect in a Real Estate Agent. After going through one agent who did absolutely nothing in 6 months, I'm thinking I can't go through that again. Kelly showed up at my son's place of employment one day and gave him her business card (never stop selling) which in turn he gave to me, and that is how we met and ultimately hired her to sell my house. What a great decision that was. What impressed me the most with Kelly was the amount of showings she produced in a months time. She kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. Shortly after, an offer came in with a back up offer the next day. All of this in about a month's time and one month after that, we closed on the property. Very impressive. Kelly was absolutely amazing throughout every step of the home buying process. As first-time home buyers, we had so many questions, and she answered all of them no matter the time of day or night. We had a lot of red tape to navigate, and the amount of time and effort she put into helping us through every hurdle was truly incredible.
